AlphaStarter uses minimal runtime cookies for framework behavior and optional provider scripts only when enabled by a copied project. Optional analytics, chat, or affiliate scripts are disabled by default and should load only after the corresponding provider is configured.

Production projects should document each enabled provider, why it is used, and how users can manage preferences.
