AlphaStarter tracks implementation in phases so a future project can audit what exists and what still needs production-specific decisions.

Completed foundation phases cover TanStack Start on Cloudflare Workers, typed app configuration, D1 quota counters, Resend and Cloudflare Email, Queues, Cron, public forms, security headers, SEO files, and optional Discord or Feishu notifications.

Upcoming phases harden branch packaging, CI, release scripts, CLI helpers, observability, and site-family templates.
